Good morning all

I wonder if someone would be kind enough to give me some advice with this dying ficus which i've clearly neglected 

At least i can see some green leaves lower down so hoping it's not dead.

Should i be chopping off the branches higher up? Are they dead? Should i repot it? Should i give it some food?

Any advice would be gratefully received ❤️

There is no point in fertiliser with the plant in this condition, it would appear to still be alive but only you can tell if the upper parts are dead or not. You could try cutting a small piece from the top to see if it is alive, or just leave it and see what happens.
