Just started my weeping willow trimmings in water 2 weeks ago they exploded in growth this week. I stopped at the store and bought two draining pots and potting soil tonight. Unfortunately it was miracle grow potting soil and I didn't realize it until I got home and potted them and googled what to do next then found how bad it was for them. How long can I leave them in there? My car is in the shop and buying expensive soil online is not an option right now. Should I re-pot them with outside yard dirt or what should my next steps be and what timeline am I looking at for getting them in the right soil? Any help is greatly appreciated! This is what they already look like growth wise.

There is nothing wrong with the soil you have, they are only rooted cuttings. Put them in a shaded spot and keep watered.
