I am San. I got a Bald Cypress which I repotted 2yrs ago. Last year the foliage went into fall colour but this year it still green. Is this normal or I need to do something?

Your cypress should go dormant every year. If not, it weakens. It is environmental factors that triggers dormancy. If the tree is already outdoors there are nothing else you can do.
