Can I repot my Azalea bonsai before it has given flowers as it really it was created by Isaaquitas

Hello, I have a Azalea bonsai which needs a re-pot. Half of the soil is on the pot and not attached to the bonsai. The bonsai is not stuck to the pot and falling out. The bonsai has not flowered yet. If I repot it now into 100% Kanuma soil will I harm it?

you can re pot now, it may not flower but at least it will live
