Hi i've been making aquascapes, terrariums etc. when my girlfriend bought me lego bonsai tree i really started to interest in bonsai trees. i bought Carmona Fukien Tea from online nursery store it will came in very little bonsai pot and full of organic soil. i also bought plastic training pot. i am planning to grow it under grow light all year inside my room. since i have 60liters aquarium in 10m2 room humidty wont be a problem i gues. i already have akadama, pumice, perlite, lava rock, orchid barks, worm casting and osmocote. i am also planning to create a litte grow cabin with mylar for my tree.
Should I change the current pot with good compost and bigger one? current pot seems very small for me since im not an expert im hopping you guys can help
I don't have the tree yet but the guy who sold it said "i will send the plant in the best condition and it will come in a pot same as in the picture."
I'm not native sorry for any mistakes i hope I expressed myself correctly.

I suggest you learn how to keep the tree alive before you start messing with the roots. Just let it recover from transport and grow well for a year before doing any work on it.

It came yesterday. its in good condition i guess, what do you think about it?thank you for your answer
I had to change the pot because the previous pot did not have drainage holes. I used %50 akadama %20 perlit %20 pumice %10 sphagnum moss
