Has anyone tried those net pots? I saw someone on the YouTube channel-ApexBonsai repot his Fukien Tea into a net pot using bonsai soil, of course. The next video of him show how the plant was doing. Growth all over the place. He ended up pruning the branches.
So, I was asking if anyone else has tried those?

Net pots, pond baskets or coleander pots all provide the same benefits to the trees. Preventing circling roots. If someone repotted a tree into net pot and got massive growth it was the new medium, fertilizer, care and environment to tribute, not the netpot.

You have another thread about tree grow bags. I am not sure about the difference. Maybe just product naming? But both provide the same benefits. Air pruning of roots. Logically speaking less root growth would lead to less growth of the tree, but better ramification of roots.
