Hello all - So I've been getting a bit worried about my Chinese elm, I'm not sure if it's diseased or not, but i'll let you judge that - hopefully nothing too serious - what's not in the pictures is a few little bits of web structures, maybe that helps; I've never noticed it before. I do also get a couple yellow leaves a day. It's also been indoors for almost a year. Thank you!

I cannot see the pictures but tiny webs sounds like spider mites. They show up on unhealthy trees only. So getting the care and conditions right is priority 1.
Indoor keeping is the only issue I can find in your post, but there may be more.
If it is still summer where you are, put it outdoors. Spraying with neem oil solution may help to speed things up.

Red Spider Mites are usually present when the air is very dry, one solution is to raise the humidity, Putting it outside will help a lot plus the neem oil.

Please bear in mind that transition from dull indoor cinditions to sunny outdoor conditions is stressful for the tree and must be done slowly and gradually. Begin in full shade and transfer to full sun in 3-5 weeks. Paying atention to how the tree reacts and increase watering if needed.
