Hi,
I just realized that there are many small white worms in the soil of my Ficus Retusa. They are very small, about 1-2mm long. Are they dangerous? If they are, what should I do to get rid of them?
I have made 2 videos about them:

Many thanks,
Zoltan

That is not worms, that is springtails. They are detrivours and pose no threat to your tree. However they are a sign that you are overwatering, which in itself may be a threat for your tree.
