Found these little white/clear bugs hiding in the bark of my Bonsai when I sprayed it down with water. I have never dealt with bugs on my tree!!

What are they and how do I get rid of them?!

Looks like springtails to me. Totally harmless. Stop spraying the tree and they will mowe into the soil where you dont see them. :)
