Hello, so just got back from the store and got my first Bonsai it's a Carmona and after a few hours I looked close and noticed little bugs. I've read people saying aphids, but I've also noticed very fine little webbing more inside which I've also read could be spider mites. Is it possible it can be both bugs? If it is should I just try and return it and look elsewhere? or should I try and save it?
I should have known something was wrong when some leaves felt sticky, but I am literally a few hours new to this haha I should have done my research.
Is there anything I should buy to help fix this or what should I do. Thank you!

Carmonas are like cut tullips. They last a few weeks, if you are lucky months and then they die. Pests are often part of the problem. But pests are just a symptom of ill tree. Eradicate them just give you a little more time to the unavoidable end. Take the tree back to the store and tell them not to sell that crap.
