Hello all,
I just want to share with you the initial styling I've done on a small Cryptomeria Japonica I had bought as nursery stock.
I have pruned branches and wired it - this is just a first step, I'd say nothing more for this year!
What do you think? Do you have any suggestion or specific advice?
Thanks!

I've been told that I've stressed the tree too much by hard-pruning and wiring it at the same time (mid-April).
Actually I've not bent the trunk or any thick branches (there are none...), but just given a direction to young, green, supple branches.
What is your opinion?
Thanks!
